Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will work under the supervision of healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medication administration, basic life support, medical administrative support, patient service, coding, and medical terminology.

Duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic life support techniques when necessary
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing billing and coding
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and medical histories
- Prepare patients for X-ray procedures and assist with positioning as needed
- Provide excellent patient care by addressing their needs and concerns in a compassionate manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
- Proficient in medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing records, and billing/coding
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
